Stuck trying to make a backup of your accounting files to send to us? Limited live support is available to clients needing help. You will need to phone first on (07) 3278 3477 to arrange a support connection. Then simply download this small safe program, click Connect and one of our staff will be able to guide you through the process watching your screen remotely. The connection can only be initiated by you. When you are finished, the program will uninstall itself so you have no need to worry about any unsolicited eavesdropping. Depending on your browser, you will probably be warned about the dangers of running executable files from web sites unless you trust the site. Click on Run if that option is available otherwise click on Save and save the downloaded file to your Windows desktop and then run the file called "Remote" from there. Click here to download . |
